Abu Dhabi Developmental Holding Company (ADQ) and Hunter Point Capital made an investment in The Vistria Group. According to the company, there will be no change in governance or day-to-day activities at Vistria.
Founded in 2013, The Vistria Group has nearly US$ 9.5 billion in assets under management, and continues to advance its sector-focused strategy across healthcare, knowledge and learning, and financial services.
