Nordea Asset Management Seeks to Operate an Investment Hub in Singapore

Nordea Asset Management, the asset management unit of Nordea Bank AB (Nordea), is seeking a license from the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) to operate an investment hub in Singapore. Nordea Asset Management seeks to build an ESG investment hub within the city-state. Nordea Asset Management earlier hired Anasuya Dhoraisingam to be the firm’s head of Asia-Pacific distribution. Anasuya Dhoraisingam joined from PineBridge Investments, where she was CEO of Singapore. Nordea Asset Management opened a local distribution office in Singapore in 2013.
