Susquehanna Growth Equity Takes a Stake in ZenQMS

Susquehanna Growth Equity, LLC acquired a minority stake in ZenQMS, LLC. ZenQMS, a company that produces management software, has secured a minority stake from an institutional investor for the first time in its history. Susquehanna Growth Equity (SGE), a growth equity fund that specializes in investments into tech companies, was the first company to provide ZenQMS with an investment.
Headquartered in suburban Philadelphia, ZenQMS was founded in 2010 and was self-funded until October 2022. The company produces management software. This deal was announced on October 4, 2022.
