Sidra Capital Builds UK Portfolio with The Bower in Stockley Park Deal

Saudi Arabia-based Sidra Capital bought a recently refurbished London office for £74 million. The Bower in Stockley Park, West London, was sold by Clearbell Property Partners II, managed jointly by Clearbell Capital and Patrizia. The building is part of a 151,000 square foot business park 3.5 miles north of Heathrow Airport and close to the M4 motorway. The property is occupied by Canon Europe which has a 10.5-year lease with a break at 5.5 years. The Bower in Stockley Park was acquired in 2015 and has been refurbished and turned into a grade-A office.

Sidra Capital is searching for properties that have quality tenants in markets such as the United Kingdom.

Sidra Capital owns a number of U.K. properties including Buckingham Gate 4 – 5, Coca Cola HQ office building in Uxbridge in west London, Prime commercial freehold building in Hertford Street, Mayfair, London W1, and Kinnaird House (near Trafalgar Square in Central London).
