Aston Martin to Undergo Rights Issue

Luxury British carmaker Aston Martin Lagonda initiated a £575.8 million rights issue. Saudi Arabia’s Public Investment Fund (PIF) in July 2022 invested £78 million in Aston Martin. Mercedes Benz and the Yew Tree Consortium are two major investors that support the capital raise. Approximately 560 million shares will be issued at 103 pence each.
