Goldman Sachs and Cedar Capital Partners Acquire The Belfry Hotel & Resort

Warwickshire-based The Belfry Hotel & Resort was sold to Goldman Sachs Asset Management and Cedar Capital Partners. The seller is KSL Partners. The estimated price was reported at £140 million. The facilities include three golf 18-hole courses a 324-bedroom hotel, spa, and conference facilities. It is situated within a 550-acre estate.
The Belfry Hotel & Resort hosted the Ryder Cup 4 times.

KSL Partners acquired The Belfry Hotel & Resort in 2012 from the Quinn Group. The Quinn Group bought the property in 2005 from The De Vere Group.
