U.S. President Joe Biden said on July 27, 2021, he was weighing whether to require all U.S. federal workers to be given the COVID-19 emergency order shots. Biden recommended that fully vaccinated against COVID-19 should go back to wearing masks indoors in regions where infections were on the rise.
During a visit to the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, Biden told the press, “That’s under consideration right now,” he said, “but if you’re not vaccinated you’re not nearly as smart as I thought you were.”
