46 CONSECUTIVE DAYS: Increase in U.S. Retail Gasoline Prices

As the U.S. economy opens up from the COVID lockdowns, massive U.S. stimulus packages, and crude oil capacity pulled back, the U.S. retail price of gasoline is increasing. People are starting to travel again in the U.S. In a record, for 46 consecutive days, there has been U.S. retail gasoline daily price increases, according to AAA data. This is the longest non-stop daily streak in gasoline prices in at least 16 years.
