On February 10, 2021, Atlas Crest Investment Corp. (NYSE: ACIC), a special purpose acquisition company, announced a deal to merge with Palo Alto-based Archer Aviation, Inc., company and developer of all-electric vertical take-off and landing (eVTOL) aircraft.
