Mubadala Buys Petrobras Bahia Refinery, Ending Monopoly

Petroleo Brasileiro SA (Petrobras) agreed to sell the Refinaria Landulpho Alves, or RLAM, in Bahia state to Mubadala Investment Company for US$ 1.65 billion.
