Dyal Capital Partners Buys Take in Veritas Capital Fund Management

Dyal Capital Partners, a business of Neuberger Berman, purchased around a 10% minority stake in Veritas Capital Fund Management, L.L.C., a private equity firm with more than US$ 20 billion of assets under management. Veritas Capital is headed by Ramzi Musallam and the PE firm invests in companies that are related to government services.
Ramzi Musallam and Hugh D. Evans are the principal owners of Veritas Capital.
