BREAKING NEWS: LVMH Files Countersuit Against Tiffany

LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton, commonly known as LVMH, is a French multinational corporation and conglomerate specializing in luxury goods. LVMH filed a countersuit against Tiffany & Co., a U.S. luxury jewelry and specialty retailer headquartered in New York City.
Earlier, LVMH broke off its US$ 16.2 billion deal with Tiffany. Tiffany wants the Delaware Chancery Court to enforce the deal.
