Green Street Advisors Buys 4 Alert Newsletters from Harrison Scott Publications

Formed in 1985, Green Street Advisors, LLC is an independent research and advisory firm concentrating on the commercial real estate industry in North America and Europe. Green Street Advisors acquired four publications: Real Estate Alert, Commercial Mortgage Alert, Hedge Fund Alert, and Asset-Backed Alert. The seller is Harrison Scott Publications, Inc. (HSP). Real Estate Alert, Commercial Mortgage Alert, Hedge Fund Alert, and Asset-Backed Alert will continue to be published in Hoboken, New Jersey, extending Green Street’s presence in the New York area. The transaction is expected to close in the next 30 days.
In August 2019, Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe bought Green Street Advisors. The private equity firm is investing additional capital into Green Street Advisors to back the acquisition.
