Deka Immobilien Nearing Deal to Acquire 66 Eagle Street from ADIA and LendLease

Deka Immobilien is nearing a deal to acquire 66 Eagle Street, a 32,000 square meter Brisbane office asset, for approximately A$ 370 million. The sellers are Lendlease’s Prime Property Fund Commercial and the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA), which each own a 50 percent share.
