Cegereal Notifies AMF on GIC Ownership Threshold

Cegereal, frequently styled CeGeREAL, is a real estate management company based in Paris, France. Cegereal notified France’s regulatory agency AMF that GIC Private Limited crossed the investment threshold of 25% of the company’s share capital at 3,966,646 shares with voting rights of 24.94%. According to Cegereal’s website, Northwood Investors holds 56.3% of Cegereal’s shares.
