San Francisco-based DoorDash Inc. is a food delivery startup. The company is aiming for a US$ 500 million fund raising round. Singapore’s Temasek Holdings is leading the investment round. DoorDash competes against Uber Eats and Postmates in the United States.

Amazon to buy eero
Amazon.com signed a deal to acquire San Francisco-based Eero, a company that develops home routers. Backers of Eero include First Round Capital, Menlo Ventures, AME Cloud Ventures, Initialized Capital, and Homebrew Ventures. Eero develops mesh WiFi routers.
PKA Chief Plans to Leave in 2020
Peter Damgaard Jensen, who heads PKA, plans to exit in the spring of 2020 after 19 years in the role.
Concordia University Issues Sustainable Bond
Canada-based Concordia University issued its first sustainable bond worth US$ 25 million. The bond has a tenure of 20 years and offers investors a 3.626% yield. The capital proceeds will be used to reimburse the university of the capital it spent on financing its Science Hub.
