M&G Real Estate Acquires Future Fund’s Stake in Dexus Industrial Partnership

In June 2014, Australian property developer Dexus created the Dexus Industrial Partnership with Australia’s Future Fund that was seeded with industrial development properties in Quarrywest, Greystanes. M&G Real Estate acquired Future Fund’s 50% interest in the Dexus Industrial Partnership. M&G Real Estate, part of M&G Investments, is the real estate investment arm of Prudential plc.
