GIC Puts RomaEst Shopping Centre on the Block

Singapore’s GIC Private Limited put the RomaEst Shopping Centre in Italy on the block for sale. In 2014, GIC become the sole owner in the property. The shopping center is located in Lunghezza, east of Rome’s city center. The sales price is estimated at €400 million.
