Malaysian sovereign fund Khazanah Nasional Berhad inked a deal to sell a 16% equity stake, or 1.4 billion shares, in IHH Healthcare Berhad to Mitsui & Co Ltd for 8.42 billion MYR (US$ 2 billion) in cash.
