SALIC Acquires Restructured Ukraine Farm Business

The Saudi Agricultural and Livestock Investment Company (SALIC) acquired Mriya Agro Holding Public Limited, a large Ukrainian agriculture firm. SALIC is owned by Saudi Arabia’s Public Investment Fund (PIF). The price could have been in the US$ 150 million to US$ 200 million region.
