U.S. Defense contractor General Dynamics Corporation agreed to buy information technology government provider CSRA, Inc. for US$ 6.8 billion. The enterprise deal value is US$ 9.6 billion, assuming US$ 2.8 billion in CSRA’s debt. Both companies are based in Falls Church, Virginia.
