CPPIB Snaps up Troubled Portfolio from Banco Sabadell

Banco de Sabadell, S.A. (Banco Sabadell or Banc Sabadell) sold a troubled loan portfolio worth €800 million in real estate assets to Canada Pension Plan Investment Board (CPPIB) for roughly €200 million.
