Abertis Agrees to Sell 20% Chilean Stake to ADIA

Barcelona-based Abertis Infraestructuras, S.A. has agreed to sell a 20% minority equity stake in its Chilean unit to the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA) for €495 million (US$ 554 million).
