China International Capital Corporation (CICC) raised US$ 500 million in its maiden offshore bond. Central Huijin Investment, the domestic sovereign wealth enterprise of the China Investment Corporation (CIC), is the largest shareholder in CICC. The bond was rated BBB+/BBB+.
