SCIC Invests in Bao Viet Holdings

Vietnam’s State Capital Investment Corporation (SCIC) invested in Bao Viet Holdings, Vietnam’s largest insurance company. They replaced the former partner, Viet Nam Shipbuilding Industry (Vinashin) Group. This deal is following SCIC’s acquistion of 20.4 million shares from Vinashin.
